ABOUT SPECTRUM
The primary goal of Spectrum Psychotherapy Centers, LLC, is to promote the health and welfare of patients by providing a comprehensive and integrated continuum of mental health services. Patient care is driven by a commitment to client satisfaction and the delivery of responsive and effective services at affordable prices. Efforts to continuously improve patient care are undertaken and we are in the process of developing a state-of-the-art approach to evaluating clinical outcomes. Priority is given to coordinating services and maintaining the continuity of the provider-patient relationship.
Spectrum Psychotherapy is committed to maintaining a select network of skilled, dedicated, and loyal providers. Spectrum clinicians practice with the highest sensitivity to patient confidentiality and privacy. All therapists have received training in state and federal privacy regulations, and compliance with these regulations is regularly monitored by Spectrum. Credentialing providers is undertaken to ensure that the Spectrum network meets the highest professional standards for each of the disciplines represented. Ongoing recruitment efforts are made to retain a competent, highly motivated and creative panel of providers.
Organizationally, Spectrum offers the corporate structure and support necessary to facilitate the fulfillment of its goals. The needs of Spectrum's patients, and the larger community are addressed through effective triage, and utilization review/quality assurance provisions. The plan ensures that patients are receiving prompt, customer friendly service at the appropriate level of care, in the most appropriate setting and with a skilled provider that is best suited to meet their specific treatment needs.

HISTORY
Spectrum's membership is a multi-disciplinary group of experienced providers (M.D.'s, Ph.D.'s, and L.C.S.W.'s) dedicated to providing high quality and cost-effective mental health services.
Spectrum has been in the planning stages since August 1993 and was officially incorporated in April, 1994. We are a group of like-minded providers established in practice and diverse in specialties.
Each member has been carefully chosen as the group formed, all are licensed, credentialed, and established in their fields, and have developed specialties and relationships with other mental health providers, physicians, facilities and Managed Care entities.
Spectrum Providers respond quickly and flexibly to the needs of the marketplace and consumers and are located to ensure convenience for patients. Evening staff availability and special programs have been developed to accommodate the marketplace.
All members of Spectrum carry professional liability insurance with minimum limits of liability of $1,000,000 (individual incident)/$3,000,000 (aggregate).
Licensure/Certification and liability insurance is verified yearly by the Director, the Utilization Review/Quality Assurance Committee and the HIPAA Manager.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Spectrum Psychotherapy Centers, LLC, is managed by an Executive Committee whose clinical and administrative roles are not defined by discipline.
Spectrum therapists offer a variety of clinical specialties, e.g. working with mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, emotional reactions to physical illness, etc. (see accompanying information in this packet).
Spectrum is able to handle immediate and emergency situations through a central triage phone system with an on-call schedule of clinicians, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
