Spectrum has providers affiliated with the following insurance companies and HMOs. This list may not be complete. If your insurer is not on the list, please call us. We may be providers for your insurance, or we may be able to become providers.
You will need to call your insurer to verify coverage. To facilitate this process, click here to download our Insurance Verification Form for use when you call your insurer. Then bring your completed form on your first visit
Please note: Insurance plans, even when underwritten by a particular insurance company, may have a different organization managing their mental health benefits. For example, some CIGNA plans have Value Options (for whom Spectrum IS a provider) managing their mental health benefits, while other CIGNA plans may have CIGNA Behavioral Health (for whom Spectrum is NOT a provider) managing their mental health benefits.
We recommend that before calling Spectrum, you call your insurance company and find out who manages the mental health benefits for your specific program. This way, we will be able to tell you more accurately if Spectrum is a provider in your plan. |
